It’s fast, cheap and easy noodle place. You line up and tell them what you want for main udon dish and add anything you want. And you pay at the end of the line. You find a seat and eat and go! The Pic shows the simplest Udon soup (called Kake), but you can start adding the various kinds of tempura or rice balls you see in other photo. It can come in cold or warm soup, or even NO SOUP version which you drop the egg and soy and mix the noodle. OR curry udon to warm you up? It’s a big chain and if you find it on street and you are hungry for udon, try it.
