LOVES UDON
It's very classic style udon restaurant. Udon is a wheat flour base noodle, cut thick. What I love about Udon is the thickness and the rebound of noodles when you take a bite. It can be eaten with warm broth or done in cold and dip in the cold sauce to eat (great for summer). This Yamacho, I love this classic modern store atmosphere that feels very traditional Japan but with some modernity. And this place offers great bouncy udon with nice varietes of toppings and broth. It's also nice that it opens late. I love this Yuba Udon with some seasoned rice. So calm and comfort in your stomach. Just relax and enjoy the Udon. Nice easy walk from Ebisu station and it's little off of the Main Street along the little creek.
