My Favorite: Cold Soba Noodle (Seiro Soba)
Michelin 1 star buckwheat soba noodle spot. Michelin? really for Soba?? So quiet neighborhood and time goes so slow in the area. Soba huge mania chef is making one by one by hand. Make sure to find the good time, as wait time gets long as there is only one chef and space is not big. BUT so many people want to eat their soba!!
Must haves: Nishin appetizer (herring cooked for 6 days), Seiro (the cold noodle)
order sake with it to enjoy the appetizer and wait for the soba. It’s soooo Japanese Oyaji (middle age man).
