Pokemon Shop | Ikebukuro
This store is THE store for Pokemon lovers. It's located in the sunshine city center, which is 5-10 min walk from the Ikebukuro station. The store has the biggest selection of Pokemon goods, include the doll, trading cards, accessories, snacks, apparel, stationaries, games, and anything you can think of that has the pokemon on it. Always there are tons of people shopping all over the world, and I realize that POKEMON is sooooo huge!! Pokemon is actually originated from "Pocket Monster". I have lived in the states enough that Pocket Monster sounds little sketchy, and probably had to shorten it to Pokemon. Now everyone calls it Pokemon and even Japanese people forgot it was Pocket Monster to begin. Well, I highly recommend visiting this place if your kid loves Pokemon or you like Pokemon. Or if you have a kid waiting for your souvenir, then stop by, for sure you will find something. There is also many other shopping area and other spots in Ikebukuro that you can enjoy.
