Octopus balls, called Takoyaki in Japanese, are born from the street food of Osaka and it is basically a snack made out of flour, cooked in a ball shape with octopus inside. You also put the sweet barbecue sauce over and sprinkle the bonito, seaweed and mayo. Great Soul food of Osaka!
