Tokyo Tower （東京タワー）

i know it's old school. Now there is a taller tower called Skytree. But Tokyo Tower is the old school symbol of Tokyo, as we all know Godzilla has destroyed once and it's there still. There is a history and the red and white color stands so strong!! I personally like Tokyo Tower more than the Skytree. Maybe I am becoming old. It's a nice walk from Hamamatsucho station and you go by the temple in a nice chilled weekend or during the busy week while all the Japanese businessman walking to the lunch. That's Tokyo. You can go up to the observation deck (there are high top up and not so high top) if you like, there is souvenir shop, sweets shop, cafe, aquarium, anime shop....it's gotta a lot of stuff there.
